As standard your sign comes with a 12v plug and wall mounting screws. Other accessories can be added such as a dimmer.

The ‘neon’ light is made using Ultra Glow LED technology, giving the most realistic neon glow, night or day!

The main structure of the light is made from clear acrylic. This highly durable plastic ensures the LED words are held in place and the clear finish means it blends into the wall behind. 

Bright enough to fill your room with a neon glow. The optional Smart Remote Dimmer is highly recommended - easily increase or decrease the brightness depending on your mood.

Not as standard, but this can be added as an optional extra when choosing to add a Smart Remote Dimmer. This will allow you to adjust the brightness and turn your sign on/off remotely.

We can make signs splash proof, but not waterproof. They’re great for occasional outside use, or outside use undercover. 

Currently, we do not offer colour-changing or RGB options for our LED neon signs. This is due to our commitment to delivering the best product using the highest quality LEDs in the world.

As a guide, all of our cables are less than 4mm wide. Please check the exact dimensions for all our plug types on their product pages.

As standard our backboards are 6mm, but we offer 8mm and 10mm for commercial installations on request.

We have three mounting options available - Wall-mounted (with or without stand-off mounts), fast-mount adhesive pads and hanging from the ceiling.

When cared for correctly our LED neon signs can last over 10 years.

Our LED neon signs are built to run for long periods of time without wearing out or getting warm. They’re used in shops, offices, bars and restaurants for over 12 hours a day, but they can be left on indefinitely.

We can make signs up to 300cm in one piece of acrylic, and the size is endless if you are happy to split your sign into multiple pieces. Talk to our bespoke team if you’d like a bigger sign by emailing them here.

The size of your sign should be based on the space you plan to hang it. If you measure the space this will give you a good guide on how wide your sign should be.

We use opaque white silicone on top of high quality coloured LED lights to create our signs, this allows the bright LED colours to shine through evenly.

When turned off the silicone tubes are white.

We do not offer coloured silicone options as standard, please reach out to our design team on bespoke@neonfilter.com if you want coloured silicone.

All of our signs are made and delivered from our HQ in South Warnborough, Hampshire (UK). 

We deliver worldwide. Please be aware of additional charges and delays due to customs processes in your country.

For all orders being shipped outside of the UK, international shipping and freight limits mean that signs over 120cm wide will be split so that the total shipment width is no greater than 120cm.

Delivery time will depend on the Production speed chosen. UK is as follows:

Standard production time is 5 working days with next working day delivery.
e.g. Order Monday, delivery the following Tuesday.

Rush production time is 3 working days with next working day delivery.
e.g. Order Monday pre midday, design proof approval by 3pm Monday, delivery Friday.

Super Rush production time is 1 working day with next working day delivery.
e.g. Order Monday pre midday, design proof approval by 3pm Monday, delivery Wednesday.
Order Monday after midday, design proof approval by 3pm Tuesday, delivery Thursday.

International deliveries take between 7-10 on average.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your FedEx/Evri tracking number and a link to their online tracking portal.

We have the fastest production and delivery time in the UK, taking no longer than 5 working days for you to receive your sign after ordering. You can choose rush options at checkout to get yours in 3 working days including delivery.

We accept all major debit and credit cards alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We do not accept payment via PayPal, Klarna or Amazon currently.

The cost of a custom neon sign depends on its size and complexity. You can try different fonts and sizes in our online neon sign customiser.

Neon Filter creates every piece to order and as such we cannot accept returns for custom and personalised items.

The Neon Filter Warranty covers electrical faults within the 12 month warranty period.

If you have a problem with your product, get in contact with us, and we will repair or replace your sign at no charge if it's covered within our warranty program. 

The Warranty Period for custom, semi-custom and stock products purchased directly from Neon Filter is 12 months from the date of purchase. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defect in material or workmanship. 

Once your order has been made work begins to design and manufacture your order to your specifications. We cannot offer a refund on your order.  Please contact customer services ASAP if you wish to cancel an order. Our customer services working hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday.

We create each order according to your design, meaning we don't accept returns for custom orders, sadly.

Firstly send our customer services team at hello@neonfilter.com with the issue. They will troubleshoot with you and if required organise a return.
