Since we began our goal has been to create beautiful products with quality materials, made in the UK. We work together as a team to ensure the product you order is exactly what you want.
It takes a team like this to create the pieces that we do. The process involves skilled people from start to finish. It starts with our designers who turn your custom designs into production files. These digital files are sent to our craft room where machines mill the back board shape.
Finally our craftsman begin measuring, cutting and fitting your new light. One craftsman works on each product from start to finish, this ensures the highest quality product for every order.
You might have seen our beautiful products already in our social feeds or website but we put just as much time and effort into the unseen parts of the product, such as the unboxing experience. We believe that you deserve an unboxing experience as beautiful and exciting as the product itself, with a few surprise freebies thrown in, because who doesn't like that?!
After the product is carefully packed (with no single use plastic in sight), it's shipped directly to you with the help of our insured, tracked courier service.
In the first decade of this century, we made more plastic than all the plastic in history up to the year 2000. And every year, billions of pounds of more plastic end up in the world's oceans.
It's time to get at the root of this ocean crisis. At Neon Filter, we believe that it is the responsibility of each business to work towards change, that’s why we are concisely doing our part to reduce the
plastic waste that ends up in our seas and on our beaches by committing to use 100% plastic-free packaging and carefully selecting the suppliers we work with who are just as committed to making a difference as us.
As well as ensuring we don’t contribute to the single use plastic pollution issue, each year we are committed to carrying out an annual Beach Clean Up initiative. With your help we can clean up our oceans and beaches of plastic for good.
