Fonts and colours: 28 fonts and 12 LED colours. Multi-colour designs are available for logos and artwork. We do not make colour-changing (RGB) signs.
Size: up to 300cm wide in a single piece. Larger signs are made in several pieces.
Construction: Ultra Glow LED in opaque white silicone tubing on a clear acrylic backboard (6mm as standard; 8mm on request). No glass and no gas.
Power: 12V plug-in adaptor with a 4m cable. An optional battery pack is available on compatible signs.
Lifespan: designed to last more than 50,000 hours.
Outdoor use: signs are not waterproof. Splash-proof signs are available on request for covered or occasional outdoor use.

Prices

Signs start from £31.95 for the smallest size and go up to around £900 for the largest sizes. Price depends on size and complexity, so larger signs, long wording and logo signs cost more. The online customiser shows a live price as you design. Larger bespoke and logo signs are quoted individually by our bespoke team.

Production and delivery

Standard production: 5 working days.
Rush production: 3 working days.
Super Rush production: 1 working day.
UK delivery: free next-day delivery on orders over £30; £2.95 for 2 to 4 day delivery or £4.85 for next-day delivery under £30.
Worldwide delivery: options and prices are shown at checkout. International delivery takes 7 to 10 days on average, and import fees may apply.

Warranty and returns

Our signs have a 12-month warranty covering electrical faults. We repair or replace a covered sign free of charge. Because every sign is made to order, custom signs cannot be returned or refunded. Accessories and stock signs can be returned within 14 days. Cancellations are possible only before work starts, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Trade and business customers

We supply businesses, agencies and event professionals. Trade accounts can save up to 30%. Apply for a trade account.
