Custom Neon Signs, Designed Online and Made in the UK

A custom LED neon sign is a made-to-order light-up sign with the look of classic neon. Ours use Ultra Glow LED lighting in opaque white silicone tubing, mounted on a clear acrylic backboard. There is no glass and no gas.

Our custom neon signs start from £31.95. The price depends on the size, the number of colours and the font you choose, and it updates instantly in the online designer. Logo and bespoke signs are priced by quote.

Use our online designer. Type your words, pick a font and colour, choose a size and see a preview of your sign. When you are happy, add it to your basket and we will make it for you.

Yes. Send us your logo through our bespoke quote page, or contact our sales team, and we will come back with a price and a design for your approval. Logos and illustrations can use a different fixed colour for each part.

Choose from 28 fonts, from handwritten scripts to bold retro and modern styles. There are 12 single LED colours, including warm white, snow white, red, pink, purple, blue, green, orange and yellow. Colour-changing RGB is not offered.

Every sign is made to order. Standard production is 5 working days, Rush is 3 working days and Super Rush is 1 working day. Your sign is then sent by next working day delivery.

Delivery is free and next-day when you spend £30 or more. Under that, 2 to 4 day delivery is £2.95 and next-day delivery is £4.85.

Yes. International delivery takes 7 to 10 days on average, and import fees may apply depending on your country.

Our signs are designed and handmade to order in our workshop in South Warnborough, Hampshire, England. Neon Filter has been making custom LED neon signs since 2017.

The largest single-piece sign is 300cm wide, and bigger designs are made in multiple pieces. As a guide, 60cm suits a desk, 80 to 100cm suits a room, 120 to 160cm suits a feature wall and 160cm or more suits commercial spaces.

The LEDs are rated for more than 50,000 hours, which is over 10 years with correct care. Every sign comes with a 12-month warranty covering electrical faults.

Yes. They run on low voltage and stay cool to the touch. The soft silicone tubing doesn't shatter, unlike traditional glass neon.

Each sign comes with a 12V plug-in adaptor and a 4m cable (2m black and 2m clear), plus wall screws for the pre-drilled holes. A battery pack and a Smart Remote Dimmer are available as extras.

Signs have pre-drilled holes and come with wall screws. You can also choose stand-off mounts for a floating look, adhesive pads or a ceiling hanging kit. Some designs can be freestanding.

Our signs are not waterproof. Splash-proof signs are available on request for occasional or covered use, so please contact us before ordering.

Non-custom items can be returned with a pre-paid label in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 14 days. Custom and personalised signs are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded.
