Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations|
Neon Filter creates products to order, so custom and semi-custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once the order has been placed.

Non-custom orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@neonfilter.com and we will send you a prepaid returns label. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and are inspected when they reach us before your refund is processed.

Warranty
NeonFilter will honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 years of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you up to the value of £3.50 upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect NeonFilter to process the warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it out to your free of charge. Other than using the Products for Yourself and Your Company, and as permitted under the terms and conditions of this Agreement or other written agreements between You and OBL Group Ltd, your warranty will become void if you resell, distribute, make any commercial use of, or use to operate a Web-site or otherwise generate income from the Products.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Mystery Box
Mystery Boxes cannot be returned, swapped or exchanged.

Return shipping
For returns of non-custom orders within 14 days, return shipping is free using the prepaid label we send you. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
