Why doesn't the custom editor work properly? If you don't have 3rd party cookies enabled on your computer browser our website might not work properly for you. If you don't know how to change these settings on your computer, switch to your mobile, mobiles will run our site without a problem.
Where do you ship your products from? All of our signs are made and shipped from our HQ in South Warnborough, Hampshire (UK).
How long will it take to dispatch my order? Your item is made especially for you and it takes up to 7 working days to produce a sign as standard or if you need it faster we have a 3 working day Rush production service, which is available to select at checkout.
How long does delivery take? Your order will be sent by DHL. UK delivery takes 1-2 days. International delivery takes 7-10 days.
How can I track my package? Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you opt to input your mobile number at checkout DHL will contact you via text message with shipping updates.
Can I cancel my order? Once your order has been made work begins to design and manufacture your order to your specification. We cannot offer a refund on your order.
Can you make my logo into a neon sign? Yes, of course, reach out to us on instant chat (in working hours) or email us at hello@neonfilter.com with your request. We can turn almost anything into a neon sign, put us to the test!
What about Brexit? Orders made from outside the UK may be subject to import fees charged by the destination country. Delivery times are not affected.
Is Covid affecting deliveries? We are producing and delivering orders as usual. No delays reported currently.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit and credit card or payment through Clearpay.
