Returns & Cancelations

Neon Filter creates products to order and as such custom or semi-custom order cannot accept returns or cancelations once orders have been made. Non-custom orders can be returned, items must be in original condition and packaging and returned to us for inspections prior to a refund being actioned.

Warranty
NeonFilter will honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 years of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you up to the value of £10 upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect NeonFilter to process the warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it out to your free of charge. Other than using the Products for Yourself and Your Company, and as permitted under the terms and conditions of this Agreement or other written agreements between You and OBL Group Ltd, your warranty will become void if you resell, distribute, make any commercial use of, or use to operate a Web-site or otherwise generate income from the Products.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Mystery Box
Mystery Boxes cannot be returned, swapped or exchanged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
